Rise & Shine: Vinyasa Flow at  Falmouth Yoga Space .  Start your week in the best way possible with 60 minutes of warming vinyasa flow. Breath work, sun salutations, dynamic flow and a soothing wind down will set you up for the week ahead. All levels welcome, although a small amount of previous experience would be beneficial!

Carharrack Vinyasa Foundations  A six week cycle of classes that explores the foundations of what makes up a vinyasa yoga class (including what that is!) Either £6.50 to drop in or you can purchase a six week pass for £36.00 (to be used within three months of purchasing). find out more here.
