a holistic approach to the life that you live
In a world that is getting busier and busier, making the time for connection is more important than ever. And connection can mean a whole array of things - communication, movement, standing barefoot on the grass, swimming in the ocean - but to me, it’s a realisation that the life we live is an important part of everything around us; everything is intertwined. Through the physical practice of yoga, we can introduce more connection into our lives through breath and movement, through curiosity about the body we inhabit and through making the time to slow down and notice.
this ethos is integrated within my classes that I teach in the Falmouth and Redruth areas in cornwall. why not come and move with me? check out my class schedule to find out more.

But how much you can notice what you're already part of”
